These are the further vocational trainings for museum- and educational experts. Quality of the trainings is also guaranteed by the fact that MOKK is accredited by FAT (Adult Education Accreditation Authority). |

Museum compass 9.Tricks of the Trade – From museum project simulation to case studies by Kinga Bagyó, Sarolta Pálfi, Annamária Szu and Petra Török, Hungarian Open Air Museum – Museum Education Centre, 2010 In the first decade of the 2000s Hungarian museum institutions faced a new challenge unknown up till then, namely the state funding constructions of the New Hungary Development Plan (NHDP) for the period 2007–2013. These financial support constructions have been the major source of development for this sphere of institutions. The grant proposals, the entire system of tendering and the whole process of realisation – starting from the time of the composition of the proposal up to the closing of the project – have induced extreme reactions from our institutions. |

Museum compass 8.Museum Management 1. edited by Dr. Ibolya Bereczki and Ilona Sághi, Hungarian Open Air Museum – Museum Education Centre, 2010 Knowledge and experience that has accumulated for the period of more than two hundred years of the history of museology gives us a strong base to maintain well-tried structural and organizational forms and contents almost without change. Yet we have to accept the fact that museums are rather like living tissues that cannot be detached from its social body and can live, develop only in symbiosis with society. Changes of our environment have always fundamentally influenced the present and future of museums. |
